In 2011, our 25th wedding anniversary gift to each other was a motorhome and a 4 month trip out west, primarily focusing on national parks. We spent the winter of 2012 on the east coast of Florida, summer 2012 in New England and Canada, and now winter 2013 on the west coast of Florida. Come join us on our adventures!
Well, we won't go into our reasons to purchase a motorhome...a long story...too long to make short...but let's just say that we have had "the bug" for years. We sold our house at the Isle of Palms, moved back to Irmo, and finally decided to purchase a Itasca 35' Meridian V motorhome...attend our grandson's high school graduation in Michigan in June, and then "head west" for destinations unknown (well...sort of known but with no real plans or time frames). We leave next week with our three "girls" who love going anywhere as long as it is with us! This is our first shot at "blogging" so it will be trial and error for awhile but we are really excited about learning and documenting our travels. Here goes!
