July 12, 2012 - Wolfeboro/Lake Winnipesaukee, NH

Another beautiful day...but hot.  I think it reached 90 and it's going to be about the same the next few days.  We had a great drive to Wolfeboro, established in 1770 and  "the oldest summer resort in America".  It sits on Lake Winnipesaukee, the largest lake in New Hampshire, and is a great resort town with some really cute shops.

The Classic Boat Museum was really interesting...a "blast from the past"!

As we drove back to North Conway, the beauty of Lake Chocorua with Mt. Washington in the distance was to much for us for us to pass up with our cameras!

And we had to stop at the covered bridges in Conway too!
