September 10, 2012 - N. Stonington, Connecticut

We are now in Connecticut...one stop (or state) closer to home!  This is a great campground... http://koa.com/campgrounds/mystic/ lots of open space and well maintained with lots of amenities!  We love our site...in addition to the Adirondack glider, chairs, and table, it even has a gas grill!  The layout of the campground with all the open "green" space just seems "happy"...and Camp K-9 (the doggie play area where you can unleash the dogs and let them run) is directly across from our site!  Now, the moment you (we) have been waiting for...drum roll please...the internet service is fast!!!  That means...pictures! 

 

And the nicest people who have "summered" here for years!

 

 

We will be here for eight days and then start "seriously" heading home.  Tomorrow we are going back to Mystic Seaport to take advantage of our "two day ticket" and spend the rest of the week visiting other Connecticut "attractions" and relaxing!
