Day 107 - September 19, 2011 - Oklahoma City, OK

We spent a really fun afternoon at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum, but you won't be able to tell it from our terrible pictures!  I think, without a doubt, they are the worst pictures we have ever taken!  But they will show some of what we saw today so I uploaded them anyway to the web album!  A number of areas in the museum prohibited photography, which was probably good because of the quality of the ones we took!

We can add this to the list of museums we enjoyed so much we closed the museum (at 5:00...too early we think!) without seeing it all!  Through beautiful art, paintings, sculptures and exhibitions the Museum tells America's story as it unfolds across the west.  It is a great museum  and one we will go back to if we are ever in Oklahoma City again.

Is Oklahoma City a place to come back to?  Yes!  The city has a very diverse array of activities, attractions, and events which makes it a great "visitor destination", and I think, probably, a great place to live too!
