Day 63 - August 6, 2011 - Arco, Idaho

We sure did love Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Grand Teton National Park!!!!!  But today was time to move on to our next adventure...Arco, Idaho!  OK...I understand...you've never heard of it.  Well, I hadn't either but someone, actually several people at the RV Park, told Glenn that they had just been to the Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve in Arco ID and that it was great, so here we are!  Actually, Glenn had a great idea...go to Arco ID where there is not much to do other than Craters of the Moon, and then catch up on rest for a day or two and clean and reorganize the motor home, since we have not allowed for a lot of time to do these things since we left Irmo.  When we got to KOA in Arco, our first thought was "what a great place to relax for a couple of days"!  It is a very peaceful RV park, the owners are really nice and outgoing, and our site is perfect.  Green grass and the "pet play area" is right out our front door!  The "girls" like it too!

The drive was wonderful...very scenic.  And the weather perfect!
