Today we left Arco, Idaho and probably the nicest owners of a KOA that we have met. You know how sometimes you go places that just seem to be happy places. Well, that's the way the Arco KOA was...just a happy and relaxed place. That's what will stand out in my mind when I think of Arco.
The drive was great...pretty scenery and the weather couldn't have been better. We arrived at KOA in Brigham City...nice but not as good as Arco. We went to Maddox Ranch House for a late lunch/early dinner. They claim to have the "worlds finest beef". It was ok...nothing to write home about. Ha! Then we went to the Historic Train Depot Museum, which was built in 1907 and was the largest shipping center for the Union Pacific Railroad. Unfortunately, it was closed...it is only open Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdayk from 1-5 so we will not get to go back. We did take some pictures of the outside.
A trip to Walmart and then back to the campground for some R & R. Nice...
