We actually got up at 7:00 because we wanted to have a nice breakfast and then spend the day at Capitol Reef National Park. And it was a beautiful day! It was sunny and around 60 degrees when we left the campground but later in the day it clouded over and we had a brief thunderstorm. We were in the middle of a hike and it came on suddenly (that happens a lot out here) so we took shelter under a small natural bridge for 10-15 minutes...a nice break! I didn't check but I don't think the temperature got above 75 today, which made for a really nice day! The sun came back out and we got some more beautiful sunset pictures on our way back to the campground.
