Day 24 - Rochester MN

I'm just playing on the computer while Glenn is driving.  We are on our way to Rochester, Minnesota with our ETA 3:30 pm.  It's a beautiful day...66 degrees right now.  We just stopped to gas up...didn't take but 40 gal. this time. We try to keep it in the top half of the tank for obvious reasons!  We are on Highway 21 and have gone through some really pretty and quaint small towns.  Been wishing I had my camera out after we have passed some pretty scenic places! Oh well...I'm going to sign off now and start looking up things to do in Rochester.  Just hope we don't need the Mayo Clinic while we are there!  See you later!

This was a perfect day to travel, as you can see from the pictures.  What we have seen of Minnesota is beautiful... and we've been told the northern part is even more beautiful!  Unfortunately, we won't get to see much of Minnesota this trip.

The campground is really nice and very well maintained, as you can also see from the pictures!  Got cable so we were able to watch the Gamecocks win their 2nd consecutive national championship and break several more records!  SO PROUD!!!

We rode downtown just to get the "lay of the land" and decide what we want to do tomorrow.  We have the "girls" scheduled to be groomed so our day will pretty much revolve around them and the groomer's schedule.

Leaving Green Bay

Arriving Minnesota and the Mississippi River.  Remember, I am taking pictures through the windshield and side window.

The "girls" have a great place to run here too! Very unusual for a campground!

See you tomorrow!
